There is a 20% installation fee for all garlands. 

The first 15 minutes are free. For up to 25 minutes we have a $15 fee. Up to 35 minutes $25 fee and for up to 45 minutes a $35 fee.  For all rentals it is a flat $50 delivery charge including breakdown for up to 45 min. Additional fee for longer. 

With the proper care, latex balloons can last at least up to a week whereas mylar can last for weeks even months! Helium latex lasts about 6 hours and Mylar lasts about 8-10. 

For orders over $125: We do a 50% non refundable deposit the day of booking to save your date and put it in our calendar as well as buy materials. The other 50% is due 5 days before the event. We accept venmo, cashapp, zelle and paypal.

Unfortunely balloons can have a mind of their own as they are very delicate. They can pop, shrink etc and we will do our best to fix it. Reach out to us and we will do our best but be aware of the delicacy and risks as you order! We use the best  material to ensure that risk is minimum and your balloons for your event look perfect. 

For garlands and columns we will give you a refund up to 5 days prior to the event date of your remaining balance, however the initial 50% is non refundable as we already have you in the calendar and bought materials!

As long as we have the date free we can make it work! If not unfortunately we can only refund the remaining 50%, but we can give you a 15% discount on your next event.
